Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of service with the clinic is simple. You just need to contact us and let us know that you want to stop service. No need to explain, we know life is crazy. We prefer that the request be done through the clinic's secure Spruce app, as that is the most secure method for us to be certain of your identity. But if you cannot access the app for some reason, you can text the clinic at 601-643-9708, or email us at spectrum@theotherclinic.sprucecare.com We may ask for some identifying info to verify your identity if done outside of the app. 

Depending on the timing of your request, the fees may be prorated and a partial refund issued. Any refunds will be sent minus the card company's processing fees.
