Those who are previous patients of the clinic who wish to return, or who just need information about your previous care, can reach us in a couple of different ways. The best and quickest way is through your Spruce app account. Simply text us there and let us know what you need. If you no longer have access to your Spruce account, you can also text us on the clinic's text line at 601-643-9708, and the text will come through to us in Spruce (though you may need to identify yourself as all we will see is a phone number). The other way you can contact us is through the Contact Form on this site. Use it to submit a question to us (select "Not a Healthcare Professional"). The button below will take you to that page.
If you are a previous patient wanting to resume HRT care with us, please use one of these methods above to let us know you are wanting to return, and we will send you the information to do so usually within 2-3 business days if not sooner. Please do not use old links or book an appt through the website as a brand new patient.
